Learn how to foster caring and supportive relationships and how to encourage mentees to develop to their full potential. As a mentee, learn what to ask of your mentor.
Come along to our Mentoring Workshop at Focus Advanced Toastmasters Club Meeting, Thursday, 21st September at 7pm.
Cheryl Keane, DTM, is conducting a Mentoring Workshop where she will share:
- Strategies to become a responsible mentor or mentee
- How to prepare to be a mentor
- How to match mentors with mentees and target needs.
Cheryl is our club Vice President Education and has been member for over 30 years, and was District Governor in 2005-2006. She has been a district finalist twice and division finalist several times.
Toastmasters from all clubs are most welcome.
